I wrote a note about this as well, I agree with Helen in that I saw a very clear bias that was in favor of the journalists risk-taking and portrayed them as intrepid, dramatic, romantic, truth seeking heroes, when in fact, their desire for action, may have killed someone.
Journalists like to think of themselves as the intrepid risk-takers Sophie mentioned. The self-image is very important to the profession's identity. The risks of their actions to others may fall by the wayside.
I'm not sure about this... even this personal recap seems slightly biased to me.
